The Mothers' Union, a women's fellowship of the Anglican Church, is celebrating 150 years since its establishment in 1876 by Mary Elizabeth Sumner. A Central Africa Provincial celebration is taking place in Lilongwe, Malawi, today.

The celebration has drawn members from Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi, highlighting unity across the Province and the organisation's continued commitment to strengthening families through Christian values.

Malawi's Vice President, Dr. Jane Ansah, is the Guest of Honour at the event, which is being held at Bambino Schools under the Anglican Diocese of Lake Malawi.
